Baccalaureate is a ceremony that incorporates your loved ones into the culmination of your medical school training. You must select one or two people to "hood" you. For a demonstration video, click here
        Guests: There is no limit on the number of guests you may bring to    
        Baccalaureate, but the 1-2 people that will be hooding you will sit in
        the front with you, separate from your other guests.

Commencement is the traditional graduation ceremony.
        Guests: You may bring 10 guests to Commencement.

The Class of 2012 Student Senate has made it a priority to allow students to sit with their family and friends at Match Day, rather than have to open your envelope among alphabetical neighbors. We need your help in making this a smooth process, so we require a response from EVERY student attending Match Day 2012 regardless of whether you will have guests.

If you are not requesting a table with friends, please email us at 2012senate@gmail.com with the number of guests you are bringing.

If you are requesting a table(s) with friends, please email us at 2012senate@gmail.com with each student's name and how many guests each of you will have. To request a table, you must have a full table of 10 including students and their guests. You may request adjacent tables of 10 if you are super popular. We will attempt to accommodate groups forming incomplete (<10 people) tables to the best of our ability, but cannot make any promises.

There is a tab on Wayne's List (our school's version of Craig's List) where you can post groups searching out others to form complete tables at Match Day. It is imperative that students do NOT switch tables at Match Day because Match envelopes will be organized by table number. You are free to roam about after 12pm when we open envelopes.
